(2) Considers the variables involved.
(3) Is in the “If…then” form.

All materials and equipment used in the experiment are clearly and accurately listed.

Procedure
(1) Procedure is listed in clear steps.
(2) Steps are numbered and in complete sentence.
(3) Procedure can be repeated.

Data and Observations
(1) Professional looking (neat & organized) and accurate representation of the data in tables and/or graphs (follows graphing criteria).
(2) Graphs and tables are labelled and titled.

Drawings and Diagrams
(1) Clear, neat, accurate diagrams are included.
(2) Include title and labels.

Analysis or Questions
(1) Answers are written in complete well developed sentences that incorporate the question.
(2) All required questions are answered correctly.

Conclusion
Conclusion is completely developed and includes:
(1) How do findings support the hypothesis?
(2) Possible sources of error
(3) What was learned from the experiment?
(4) Refers directly to results.
